High Tie Collar made with heavy duty 1.5" or 2" wide Black Beta.  
 
Stainless Steel hardware with Buckle and Large Ring for connecting to lead rope. 
These collars allow the overhead tie system, when adjusted properly, to rotate and stay above the horse letting the horse lay down without getting a leg wrapped in the strap or rope.

All edges and holes are sealed for durability making it water proof for easy cleaning.  The edges are all turn to the outside, away from the animal to protect rubs.
