You will never have to "tape" your glow sticks on for after dark rides.
This breast collar holds 5 , 6inch  Glow Sticks.  However if you want to use larger glow sticks or small long lights...sends a picture of what you have in mind and we'll see if we can adjust for you.
 
The breast collar adjust with Conways and snaps on the shoulders, wither strap and saddle straps.
 
We install the glow stick holders as low down on shoulder as possible.
 
All edges and holes are sealed making it water proof for easy cleaning.  The edges are all turn to the outside, away from the skin to protect from irritations.
